Our First Beer Release!

10641085_1644374819131711_1189337689510123748_nCascade Brewing from Portland, OR will be pouring Black Cap Raspberry and Raspberry Wheat!

Black Cap Raspberry is a Northwest style sour blond ale barrel aged for 28 months before spending an additional two months on 300+ pounds of Black Cap Raspberries.

Vinous then sweet aromas of tart raspberries, followed by sharp, acidic notes of tart berries and leather on the palate lead to a sharp, dark berry presence and a finish with a prolonged dry fruit note. Black Cap Raspberry will be tapped Friday at 6pm, don’t expect it to last long! Pucker Up and Join the Sour Revolution!

Raspberry Wheat is crisp, refreshing wheat beer fermented with real raspberries. Aromas of bright, tart raspberries are noticed up front. Sweet, then tart raspberries dance on the palate, then give way to a sparkling tart berry finish. Just right for a warm Eastern Oregon summer afternoon.
